Acorn Aluminium has successfully completed its contract to deliver energy efficient, high security aluminium glazing systems at Rockingham Gateway, a major new logistics development in Corby, Northamptonshire.
Comprising a large-scale office and warehouse space designed by PHP Architects, the project was delivered by main contractor, VolkerFitzpatrick, on behalf of Mulberry Commercial Developments.
Responsible for the design, manufacture, and installation of the development’s façade elements, Acorn provided 600m² of aluminium window systems, including 200m² of curtain walling. Offering outstanding thermal efficiency and security performance, Senior Architectural Systems’ SPW600 and SF52 profiles were the ideal choice for the state-of-the-art facility.
